Scheduling & Makeups
How do I reschedule a missed lesson?
What’s the required notice for rescheduling?
Can I reschedule as many lessons as I want?
No. Each student is allowed two makeups per semester with proper 24-hour notice. After two makeups, additional missed lessons will be forfeited, even if the semester is not over.
Semester Lengths:
- Fall & Spring Semesters: 19 weeks
- Summer Semester: 8 weeks
Tuition & Billing
How is tuition charged?
An annual $30 per student registration fee is billed on the month of your registration every year.
Why is my tuition the same, even if there are more or fewer lessons in a month?
Lesson Cancellation or Termination
Need to cancel or take a break from lessons?
We require a 30-day written notice if you plan to discontinue or pause lessons, even for short breaks. You will be financially responsible for lessons during this 30-day period, whether or not they are attended.

Recitals & Performance Opportunities
Will my child be able to perform in a recital?
Yes! We host several exciting performance opportunities throughout the year:
Fall/Halloween Recital (October)
Winter Recital (December)
Federation Festival (March)
Spring Recital (May)
Students with at least 6–12 months of instruction are generally eligible to participate. Teachers reserve the right to determine recital readiness.
